As an annual project in our maintenance division, Wise Swim School decided to install a system requiring less future maintenance. We applied a Polyurea Flake system in all locker rooms and showers and installed a durable Tuscan finish on the wet deck areas. Given the high foot traffic at this location, we applied multiple topcoats with heavy grip and antiqued the finish coat to add a bit of mottling and “dirty” the color to create variegation in the finished tone. We broke the project into two phases to create a pronounced delineation line between the two coatings applications and created a high slip resistant system to adhere to both areas of their facility.
