The Holiday Inn in Rogers, Minnesota was a project that tasked us with the application of an
epoxy and sand mortar over sound tile to create a mechanical bonding substrate for base coat
adherence.
This strategy helped our teams avoid demolition of good tile and minimize possible height
issues between wall and coping. We then installed a knockdown texture with two coats of a
water-based colored sealer to provide a new update to the look, feel, and safety of the
refurbished pool and spa area.
